Since September 2006, the Roma Subgroup has a new name: Minorities Subgroup. We are going to continue our work on Roma, but want to deal with other minorities as well. Everyone interested and with new ideas is very welcome!

Evening Conference 'Tibet: Minority Rights on The Roof of the World'
Amnesty International Maastricht Students (A.I.M.S) is proud to announce their next conference evening on minority rights in Tibet. On Wednesday, March 14 at 7 pm, you are all invited to an interesting program in the Lumiere Theatre. Two guest speakers from the Dutch NGOs Stichting Khorlo and TSG will come and talk about their experience and efforts regarding the situation in Tibet. Fragments from a film will provide extra visual insights, enabling us to have an inspiring discussion afterwards. The language this evening will be English.
In order to prepare yourself for the discussion, you can have a look at the websites of the NGOs who will contribute to our program. You can find them on www.realchina.nl and on www.tibet.nu.
Looking forward to welcome you on Wednesday!
The conference takes place at March 14 at 7 pm.
Location: Bioscoop Lumiere
